Arnemuiden
Maintenance of a &#39;hoogaars&#39;on the Meerman shipyard in Arnemuiden. A &#39;hoogaars&#39; is a sailing ship. It was mainly used in the Zeeland fishery. The name appears for the first time in the 16th century as a shackled small cargo ship from the upper Meuse and the Lek and IJssel. In the 18th century it was already developed into a fully-fledged fishing vessel.
